Bug fixed for incorrectly converting real values to fractional values.

Results (images, tables, statistics) are saved, by default, into a new folder called Results which is created in the Working folder.
Reorganization/Improvements
Only rows that have been pasted from Clipboard are fixed in the Parts and Stock grids. All other rows are left intact even if they contain invalid data.
The empty cells from the grinding and trim columns after pasting data are not filled with 0.
In the Import window, a message is shown stating that the header of a column can be changed by clicking on it (on header).
Rows containing incomplete data are allowed when saving Parts. Still, incomplete rows are deleted when starting optimization.

Fractional values are not rounded (up or down) anymore. Instead, an error message is shown if fractional values are not rounded correctly.

Made clear that Project commands are for importing/exporting data and not for loading/saving them. When modifying an imported project, data will not be overwritten on the existing file. Instead, the project must be explicitly exported.
Error messages are shown with a red icon on them. Information messages are shown with a blue icon on them.
