Nesting and Cutting Optimization Software

When the user appends new rows to Parts or Stock tables, the cursor is moved to the first column.

This functionality was present in older versions of the program, but it was removed, and now is back.

Show the sheet index on the graphical diagrams.

This option is turned off by default and can be activated from the Additional button of Results 2D.

Fixed printing hatched waste rectangles on some older printers.

Fixed bug which displayed the wrong character as separator for edge bands in adhesive labels.

In adhesive labels for both solution and Parts, the separator for edge bands is now the ‘/’ character.

Cuts are now printed with black instead of green because on some black and white printers green color is printed too fade.

We plan to allow more customization of the colors in the near future.

Also consider Results 1D table when the Statistics 1D are saved/printed.

Bug fixed for incorrect selection of the row of 1D results when the adhesive labels (of the current row) are printed.

Adhesive labels for pieces from solution can be printed by pressing the Label button from the Results toolbar. The dropdown button allow user to print the labels for all sheets (or bars) or only for the currently selected sheet (or bar).

Previously only labels for all pieces from the Parts table could be printed.

Fixed a bug for not displaying correctly the list of languages when the user wants to change the current language.

Fixed bug for not loading Extra Components of Products when the program is restarted.

Fixed bug for not showing the header of Extra Components table when the Parts or Products are printed.

Cut index on graphics starts from 1 instead of 0 to match the rows number from Pieces list table.

Fixed a bug where the Enabled column of Parts and Stock was set to true after a paste operation even if that cell or row was not affected by the paste operation.

Add the Cut higher-level strips first option for Multi-Stage cutting optimization. This will only affect the order or cuts. If this option is set, then all level 0 cuts are performed first, then all level 1 cuts, and so on.

Fixed a bug where the level of some cuts were incorrectly calculated when the Trim was greater than 0.

All technical settings related to Multi-Stage optimization have been moved to a new window which is shown after pressing the Advanced button on the Settings | Technical | Rectangular window.

The Settings | Technical | Rectangular window has been reorganized.

Trim all edges from beginning has been moved from General settings window to Rectangular settings window since this option is (currently) taken into account only by the rectangular optimizer.

Improved the multi-stage algorithm.

Fixed bug for not updating the cuts list in Statistics after settings were changed.

Fixed a bug where the index of the cut was (partially) covered by the cut itself when the Oxy origin was set to the bottom of the window.
