Fixed a bug with export to CSV of labels and materials name containing ” or ; characters

Also export label of pieces in Statistics | Summary tab.

Fixed a bug which did not allow pieces with Width = 0 to be imported from CSV. (Note that 0 Width is allowed for 1D pieces).

Specify the exact waste type (Reused or Garbage) when exporting Statistics to CSV files.
