Fixed crash after printing or saving results for rectangular pieces.

Fixed freeze after changing Parts/Stock tables and clicking on the results drawing surface.

Fixed printing the results and tables multiple times on Windows. On MacOS this issue is NOT fixed yet.

Show correct sheet index when printing multiple sheets.
