Some materials (such as wood) have a particular direction for fiber. You would want to cut your pieces by taking into account the fiber direction.
First of all please enable fiber from the options above Parts or Stock grid. A special column called fiber (grain) where the user can enter the fiber direction will appear in both Parts and Stock.
