Cutting Optimization Pro allows to specify the band used for the edges of pieces to be optimized.
The name of bands must be specified along with their characteristics. Name must be unique.
The thickness of bands will be automatically subtracted from the sizes of the pieces to be optimized. If this is not needed, one may set the thickness to 0.
The price is specified per unit of length.
For defining the edge banding for a piece from parts, one should enable the corresponding columns in the PARTS table. The user will be allowed the user to define the band for each edge.
At the end of optimization, the length of the band is given in the Extra Statistics window.
